This building block in St Andrews, Scotland famous for its Golf Coarse, is situated in The botanical Gardens. The building required a revamp ready for their reopening and launch, we were approached by the lead architect to help.

Purpose
Improve the appearance, provide thermal insulation values, stop water ingress and meet the architect requirements.
Solution
Provide the building with a cost effective solution to uplift the aesthetics, while providing a strong thermal improvements and terminating water ingress.
Conclusion
The building now is energy efficient, fire resistant and uniform. benefitting from thermal insulation at only 4mm in depth, saving space, time and budget.
