Purpose
Provide an uplift in appearance, thermal insulation, little to no disruption to the substrate, seamless and uniform finish.
Solution
Remove damaged render, bell cast bead creating a slope at the bottom of the panel, install a high adhesive polymer thin coat render with mesh, prior to CorkSpray working as an Thin External Wall Insulation System.
Conclusion
The client had a handful of render installers out to survey, most not getting back in touch and others not providing enough confidence to the client, we providing data sheets along with other customer testimonials, in life samples and in-depth information. No more cold ingress, a render system with longevity and a through coloured CorkSpray finish, in off white.
