This terrace home in Telford, was suffering with delimitation of the existing render in areas, Flaking paint, Many DIY patch repairs and unfortunately due to this experiencing damp and cold ingress on the exterior walls, resulting in excess energy costs, trying to heat the home. Spray Cork was the recommended solution as an over spray, for all of these matters taken care of in just one system and in just over 2 days all of these problems for the client have been taken care of.

Purpose
The purpose of this installation was to improve thermal properties of the home along side improving the aesthetics with EWI Spray Cork
Solution
Install CorkSpray to the problematic rear elevation, providing a strong thermal improvement, sound proofing and weather resistant finish, combating all of the clients issues with the elevation.
Conclusion
The image of the finished elevation speaks for itself, the property appearance is now greatly improved but more importantly, the home is now no longer suffering with damp ingress & the DIY repairs are now almost invisible.
