Solution
Remove the concrete tiles, Lath & felt from the front elation of the property. Install a primer to the brickwork to control suction and improve mechanical adhesion. Install a Polymer 6-10mm base coat & fully meshed throughout, render system. Primer the render in a pre coloured coating to match the finish coating, and finally install Spray Cork.

The property's appearance is greatly improved along side the thermal efficiency of the family home.
